Past Film Award Winners

I've decided, even though I still have a dozen or so films I feel I should see, I need to stop sometime before this turns into a bi-yearly award, so I'll produce the 14th Annual Film Awards Nominees this weekend. I have dug through some archives to try and fill out gaps to past awards, but some years are missing information (which is designated by the "?"). The awards were started in 1995 primarily as a way to remember and celebrate a vast array of films which might otherwise have been overlooked/forgotten by having a larger number of categories and nominees per category (including runners-up), back when this was a Floyd Weekly print newsletter, an email newsletter, carried over a now-defunct myspace blog, and most recently here.

Note that the titles of the awards have changed over time to be more correct, though they do not appear corrected here.
